                                    Brief Answer:
MISCARRIAGE. NEED TERMINATION.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
At this stage of pregnancy (9 weeks plus), if there is NO fetal heart beat, it is MOSTLY suggestive of MISCARRIAGE (preferably Missed type).
D & C is the recommended treatment option in this circumstance. Kindly, consult with your treating doctor or gynecologist for proper management.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish her good health and take care yourself.

Dr S Patra

DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
You can upload latest ultrasound scan and doctor's prescription for better opinion and guideline. However, long time waiting is NOT advisable when there is NO fetal heartbeat at 9 weeks pregnancy. Termination of pregnancy is the BEST CHOICE as it is MORE likely a MISCARRIAGE.
In healthy pregnancy, fetal heart sound should be detected on 6th week (through Trans Vaginal Ultrasound) or around 7 weeks (through Abdominal Ultrasound scan).
Hope, it helps to clear your doubt. Kindly, visit to your doctor for next management.
All the best and good luck.
