Brief Answer:
it is designed for this condition

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Dapoxitine is one of the recommended treatment for premature ejaculation. It is one of the first medications that was specifically formed for this condition.

It is in the family of drugs called SSRI (zoloft, paxil, celexa, etc).

SSRI were originally intended for depression and/or anxiety but they were found to be useful for men with premature ejaculation.
It was initially found that men who used these medications for depression/anxiety had delayed ejaculation as a side effect.

This is the reason that they were started for premature ejac.

The medication would work differently in everyone, some may experience significant change, some may not.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
