Actually, both these are for different purposes.
Mondeslor is having montelukast (anti allergic) and desloratidine (antihistamine).
It is for prevention of allergy and hence prevention of asthma.
Deriphyllin Retard is bronchodilator. It is for symptomatic relief.
So if you are having breathlessness that means you are having bronchospasm. So you need bronchodilator like deriphyllin to relieve bronchospasm.
So in my opinion, you should take both of these tablets.
