Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

Combination of Diacerine and Glucosamine +MSM is recommended for treatment of osteoarthritis.
I do use the same combination to my patients as Rejoint tablets in my clinic. There is very good response from the patients in view of improvement of symptoms.

Diacerin is weak pain killer, and also has additional benefit of stimulating the cartilage synthesis, which is found defective in osteoarthritis patients.

so no need to think off , combination is very safe with only neglisible side effects like abdominal bloats and some may have discolored urine after they start using.

I recommend to my patients in the dose of 50mg of diacerine two times per a day in combination with Glucosamine and MSM.
