Brief Answer:
Can avoid doxepin, continue with rest of the medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Tablet doxepin has different mechanisms.
It acts as both an anti itch medicine as well as antidepressant.
If it hasn't suited you, you can avoid it and continue with rest of the medicines.

Thanks! I have uploaded a picture of wats on my arms. Wanted you to review & advice
Brief Answer
Looks like an eczematous rash
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like an eczematous rash.
You can apply the same steroid cream like tenovate M cream or clop M cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen lotion on the entire arms during the day time.
Besides this avoid direct sunexposure.
