Is Duphaston Advisable During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi, I'm 5 weeks 4 days pregnant. I'm able to spot blood from 2 days i have taken susten 200 at night after meal from past 2 days still I can spot blood when I urinate. Do I need to take duphaston as well?
