Question : Is Dymista better than Flonase for allergies? I wake up with mucus in my throat and my eyes get irritated. I have Dymista and Flonase. Which should I use?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dymista and Flonase are used in allergic rhinitis. Dymista has azelastine along with fluticasone. Flonase has fluticasone. It takes some time to act in case of flonase but the overall effects are same. So you can use any of the two.

Hii. Dymista can be taken with Allegra. Dymista is topical nasal spray. It acts locally over the nasal and sinus mucosa. Allegra is oral antiallergic tablet which acts after absorption from stomach. So both can be taken simultaneously.
