Question : i have been taking corex cough syrup for the last three days. I am due for an ECG tomorrow. will there be any adverse effects

You can take ECG tomorrow. Inform your doctor that you are on COREX (codeine), there can be low heart rate. The doctor can interpret the findings on the ECG according to this.
