Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Too many question reflects the degree of your anxiety.
I am not able to see any reports or picture in this site.
1.Your test reports as per your words, clearly ruled out the possibility of HIV 1and 2.
2. Oral thrush can occur in conditions other than HIV, even after prolonged antibiotics or with some immuno-suppressive drugs.
3. There is no such entity as non sero converts
4. Your tests cover the serotypes O,N and P.
5.No
6.Your PCR results 30 days after the incident ruled out the possibilty of HIV 1 infection.
7. No more tests are necessary for you with regards to HIV.
8. Review the diagnosis of oral thrush. Often over diagnosed.
9.Your CD4 count and percentage are within normal limits.
10. Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV. Fingering into anus carries a negligible risk.
11.Anal sex with double condom reduced the risk of HIV considerably.

Brief Answer:
Condom offers a high degree of protection against STD/HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
1.Your HIV PCR for both 1 and 2 on XXXXXXX clearly ruled out both HIV 1 and 2 infection.
2. Once again it is confirmed by the HIV antibody test for 1 and 2 done during 2016.
3. Your CD 4 count is normal. It is the duty of your attending physician to find the cause for oral thrush. First of all oral thrush has to be confirmed by investigation.
4. Qualitative RNA or DNA PCR can rule out HIV conclusively by 4 weeks of last risky contact and thereafter.
5. Nearly 30-40% spouse of HIV positive individuals remain HIV negative in spite of their consistent sexual activities for years without any protection at the time of diagnosis and are called as discordant couple. We used to advise all the HIV positive couple to have safe sex with condom protection. With safe sex their non reactive spouses remain nonreactive for ever.
6. Sex with condom protection offers 99% protection.
7. I never come across any such incidence either in my 25 years of HIV practice or with my colleagues elsewhere in the world (not sero-converted in presence of an infection).
8. Abstinence, avoidance of multiple partners, regular and consistent usage of condoms can prevent STDs and candidiasis.
