Question: My blood pressure is reading 145/97 with pulse 63 and it is 2;53 in the morning what do I need to do.

do I just wait for a answer or need to go to hospital

how long before there is a answer to this problem

before I get a answer I could have a heart attack or stroke did not know it would take this long

also have lots of gas

it has been 17 minutes since I ask this question and still have no answer so just wondering how long this takes. know I could be gone by now for how long it is taking for a answer

I think I will just run to hospital and not wait for a anwer from you doctors

Hello Maam

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that the blood pressure reading which you have mentioned here are just slightly high considering your age group.

There is nothing to worry for and no need to go to hospital because of this reading. The normal recommended bp range for your age group is <150/90 mmHg.

Its advisable that you should start monitoring your bp daily at same time for one week. If it stays below or near normal or just slightly higher than the recommended range (as it is now), then we can start you you on a low dose of some antihypertensives.

And for the gas problem you can take some proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole 40mg before breakfast daily for 10 days.
