Thanks for the query.

It is possible you have inflammatory disease like SLE, Seronegative arthritis and Connective tissue disorder.

You need to get few more investigations like CRP, Thyroid hormone levels, RA factor, ASLO, Anti dsDNA, RBS, Serum electrolytes.

Eat healthy, avoid strenuous activity. Take pain killers for now.
