After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that Extenze is basically a herbal preparation with no proven scientific study benefits and no study has been conducted in its effect on heart.

However, I would like to know what sort of heart murmur you have. If that’s not a significant structural heart issue then you can take extenze.
