Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Fibristal usually stops menstrual flow or reduces menstrual flow to spotting in 10 days time. What was your cycle pattern before taking Fibristal?
Such spotting is seen while on Ulipristal specially if you have submucous fibroid.
If this is bothering you , get gynecological examination done to rule out local cervical causes for spotting. At the same time get an office endometrial biopsy done to exclude endometrial cause for this spotting. If these two causes are ruled out, then we can be rest assured that this spotting is due to fibristal.
Hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, do write to me.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
As mentioned earlier if you have submucous fibroid you may continue to have spotting.
Make sure that any cervical causes, or endometrial causes like endometrial polyp are not causing this problem. Get a endometrial biopsy done too.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Dr Ramadevi Wani
