Is Fioricet Safe To Take For Headache?

Question: My almost 17 year old daughter just took imitrex for the first time100mg she's had a headache for days
Now she's nauseous and headache is much worse can I now give her a fioricet? It's been almost two hours

I read your question and i understand your concern. Yes you can give your daughter fioricet as well. But after that you need to consult a neurologist for her as any headache a person gets should be evaluated and labelled with a cause. The medications you are using are basically for migraine. But common than that is tension type headache and both responds to the above mentioned medication. So use it, rest for a while and then consult a neurologist and let them run some evaluation to sort out the cause of the pain.
