GGT level is not related to TSH. Please check your entire thyroid function tests ( including Free T4&T3) to decide on treatment for low TSH.

Probably alcohol induced. Will come down in a months time.

Welcome back.
It could probably be alcohol induced GGT rise. So it should come down to normal within a month of stopping alcohol.
Taking vitamin E ( Evion) 400mg twice daily is also useful.

Regular physical activity and increasing fiber in diet is useful in this. Green tea may help. No issues in taking egg.
