Question : Have gas due to clap machine gas x helps but have to take multiple times during the day.Is that safe? Is. There something better?

Multiple doses of gas X in a day are not harmful as long as they continue to help relief your symptoms. However, I will like to know how often you take this and how many times in all in a 24hours interval.
On another note, it is important to avoid foods that cause excessive gas build up. They include cabbage, broccoli, lentils, beans, etc. Also, avoid mixing several different food types.
