Question: my doctor have asked me have gemstone 400 mg vaginal twice a day. how much it is safe and how about the results?

As per your statement above, I should start this Gestone tablet.All my reports are normal except one my AMH is low, where the doctor whom I consulting she says nothing to worry on to it as there are many women whose AMH is low.
To increase the level of progesterone is there is anything which I start taking in my daily meals.
