Question : my doctor have asked me have gemstone 400 mg vaginal twice a day. how much it is safe and how about the results?

Gestone is progesterone vaginal tablet. Progesterone is naturally produced during pregnancy. Its deficiency can cause early miscarriages. It helps to support the pregnancy, it increases the uterine lining helping better implantation and even prevents premature labour. Its side effects include weight gain, bloating sesation, increased appetite, constipation, nausea etc.

In your case considering the fact that you had recurrent 1st trimester abortion, it is advisable to take those tablets.. Vaginal tablet enhance the availability.. Recurrent abortion due to progesterone deficiency will revert with this..

As per your statement above, I should start this Gestone tablet.All my reports are normal except one my AMH is low, where the doctor whom I consulting she says nothing to worry on to it as there are many women whose AMH is low.

To increase the level of progesterone is there is anything which I start taking in my daily meals.
