Hello!

As you take it 4 times a day, it is clear that you are addicted to it. Now, it is going to be very hard to get off it. Without psychiatrist it can be almost impossible.
You may start lowering the dosage starting with 3 tablets a day for next 4 weeks, than 2 tablets a day for 4 weeks, 1 tablet a day for next 4 weeks, than a half tablet for 4 weeks.
But you have a great chance to fail. That is why please rather do not do it on your own.
