Your HBsAG value is very high , it indicates that you are infected with Hepatitis B Virus. (HBV ).
HBV is a virus which affects liver . Infection with HBV can cause from no problem to serious problem . Hence proper testing and management is very essential.
However just HBsAG is not a confirmatory test ( though a high value raises the possibility of infection ) . You can get a confirmatory test called HBV PCR ( Quantitative ) and if this comes positive then it is for sure that you have HBV infection.
Since this infection is transmissible through sexual route and through body fluids kindly avoid sex and contact with family.
