Hello,

HH Lite cream has Hydroquinone 2%, Tretinion 0.025% and Mometasone (Steriod) 0.1%. Hydroquinone is a good melanin reducer and helps lighten the spots. Tretinoin has Vitamin A active component which also maintains the turgidity of the skin. However it is an irritant to skin hence a steroid called mometasone was added to this cream.

This is a very safe cream when used in the night. You can use it without fear. If you are getting back the pigmentation after stopping then there should be some other problem. It is better to review the cream with a dermatologist if you do not get desired results.
