Question : I was tested HIV by 3rd Generation antibody test after 17 Months of unprotected vaginal test with a Commercial Sex Worker. I tester negative with Index value 0.08.
Is it a conclusive result? Shall I need further test to get 100% confirm?
I am suffering from Allergy. Tester IgE level 1200.2. Because of that I am taking continuously Corticosteroid Inhaler and Fluticasone Nasal spray. Can it delay seroconversion?
Shall I need any further test? or be 100% confirm that I don't have HIV?

Brief Answer:
No need to test is again.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since your test is 17 months after unprotected sex and it is negative, no need to further test for HIV.
It will come negative only.
And no, corticosteroid intake will not delay seroconversion.
So no need to test it again.
This test is sufficient enough to prove that you are negative for HIV.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
