I had sex with a prostitute on the 25 August (vaginal with natural latex candom, she sucked my dick with out candom, oral kissing just lips)
On the 10th of September I had sex with another one (she sucked my dick with candom and vaginal with candom) I sucked their tits too.
On the 12 or 13 of September a numbness started in my upper and lower limbs with tingling and it got worsened with time, I have sore throat little pain beneath my lower jaw.
I did the following:
1- on the 16 of September I went to IM doctor for full Medical checkup she checked for vitamins HIV (4th generation),syphilis and some other tests) all normal (negative)
2- on the 18th of September I couldn't sleep for two nights and I did Vitamint b12 and RNA PCR HIV test. All normal (negative)
3- on the 19th of September went to another IM doctor she checked my tests results and said "u don't have HIV" go rest and she prescribed clonazepam to help me sleep.
4- on the 21st of September did 3rd generation HIV antibody test. Negative
5- on the 22nd of September I went to another IM and infectious diseases physician he examined me did 4rth generation hiv test and HCV rapid test. All normal "negative "
he said to me " you don't have any STDs and u don't need to retake any test again"
6- on the 28th of September I did HIV combo test which came negative.
Now I don't have any symptoms may be litttle swollen glands may be little tonsillitis , but I really can not sleep, barely 2 hours a day.
What do you think doctor?
no HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the risk of HIV transmission by exposing your penis to an infected person's mouth is very very small. First of all, she has to be infected! Even if she's infected the risk of transmission through this route is very low. Doing 4th generation tests a month later almost certifies your HIV-negative status.
So in conclusion I agree with the doctors you've seen so far. The risk of having HIV is extremely low. The window period for 4th generation tests is less than a month but if you'd like the maximum certainty you can repeat it after a couple of weeks. No patient that I've read about has been found positive after having a negative 4th generation test a month after the incident!
I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
But I did RNA PCR HIV-1 8 days after the last sex!
Does it role out the risk!
The PCR RNA test requires a couple of weeks
Detailed Answer:
The PCR test requires a couple of weeks to be sure. 8 days is indicative but not enough.
The second time you had sex you used a condom throughout so the risk is almost zero... That's why I only considered the risky contact (mouth to penis).
Kind Regards!
we're saying the same thing in other words...
Detailed Answer:
On August 25 she sucked your penis without condom (this is risky). On September 10 she sucked WITH condom (this is NOT risky). I hope it's more clear now!
You're welcome
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!
Glad to help...
I hope you are doing well
I did an HIV combo test today (23 days after the exposure) and thanks God it came negative.
Can it be conclusive? Since I am planing to get married.
Thank you
it's conclusive... please read the explanation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the test you've done today is conclusive. You're considering the second contact as an exposure but it is not... The first contact was a potential exposure and more than enough time has passed for a combo test to become positive. Since the test is negative after more than 28 days, we don't expect it to get positive in the future.
Kind Regards!
