Hi
Thank you for Query. Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query and have gone through the details.
The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected intercourse with an HIV positive person is very low (1/200 to 1/1000).
As per the history, the lady is having Negative results after 3 months exposure (previous exposure). She is free from HIV provided she had no other risk exposure. Then there is no chance of transmission of HIV.
You can allay fears of HIV.
You can get back for any clarification.

Brief Answer:
If she is negative no need to go for HIV tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
If she is negative for HIV there is no need for going for HIV tests (likely to be Negative in your scenario).
If there is doubt about her status (which is Unlikely in your scenario), then you can go for HIV RNA PCR after 12-14 days Exposure.
Then later HIV Antibodies tests (Elisa or Tridot) after 3 months exposure to have final conclusive results.
Tridot tests are considered conclusive after 3 months exposure. So it is not reliable if done within day/days after exposure.
You can get back for any clarification.
