Is HIV Antibody Test Done 3 Months Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Dear Dr , I gonna take retest on 26 dec and my blood test also non reactive in rapid card method test result HIV I and 2 is non reactive, I think now am in 100% safe ?Dear Dr , on sep 26 i have protected sex with 2 prostitutes oral and anal sex and I have tested my blood in Nov 22 with tridot method and my blood status was serum test for tridot is non reactive weather I have to make blood check again in this Dec 26 my test result was non reactive with rapid card method, but my body symptoms with like sleepless, ulcer on mouth, neck Strom, lazy body condition , then what test I have to do next sir weather I have safe now?

Thank u very much sir but mind is so depressed and very stressed sir what kind of activities to avoid sir, turely saying that I din't geeting sleep in night time form this last 3 month , mind created that have HIV say some tips to avoid stress and depressed from this sir

Dear Dr, I forgot all my thoughts yesterday I slept well and today some getting relaxed , i closed my chapters with your guides thank very much , only one doubt sir weather I have to take repeat test or otherwise the chapter closed
