Question : Two weeks ago I went to a massage parlor and the masseuse started to drool on my penis. Is there a possibility for me to get HIV? I had/have no open sores or cuts near that area.

I understand your concern and situation.

Absolutely no HIV does not spreads like this as your case. There has been no such case ever documented in medical literature.There are also least chances of STD also getting contracted like this. There is no need to worry. HIV spreads by direct sexual intercourse or blood transfusion or sharing contaminated needles of a HIV positive patients.
