Brief Answer:
Free from HIV.Tests are conclusive. No need for further test
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Congratulations! You are free from both HIV and Syphilis in spite of your sex with an unknown girl.
Almost all the tests available in the market for the detection HIV, including the Rapid tests are highly reliable to the extent of more than 97%. When the two different HIV tests were negative 3 months after the high risk contact, then it is almost 100% reliable.
So you are free from both HIV/STD.
Relax and you need no further test for HIV.
