Brief Answer:
You are safe; No risk of Hiv

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.
Since you tested negative for Hiv, more than once, and that too after the window period (i.e first 12 weeks of risky sexual exposure), this means that the tests are conclusive and you are safe, as far as Hiv is concerned and there is nothing to worry about it. No need for further Hiv testing.

One doctor suggested me to go for western blot test. He said though you have symptoms you better go for western blot test. Is it really require?
To check how my immunity working i went through immunoglobulin test. I have high IgE 1836. My IgA is 4.05 instead 4 which is normal. IgG and IgM is normal. Do you think I have problem with immunity that i can be late seroconverted?

Brief Answer:
No further tests required

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

There is no need for a western blot. It is a more specific test, which is to be done only in case initial screening test is positive, and is no more senstive than a screening test. Therefore it is highly unlikely that a person who is negative by initial screening would turn up as positive by western blot.

Your IgE levels are raised markedly which itself indicates that you most likely have an allergic cause behind your persistent throat problems.

No, raised IgE levels do not indicate any deficiency in your immune system and would not impact test results in anyway. Raised IgE levels rather indicate that you have a robust and hyperactive immune system.

My other immunoglobulin tests are within limit. IGG, IGA, IGM
Does it mean that my body can produce enough antibiotic in case of infection. And thats why to rule out late seroconversion.
The question sounds funny for me as well. But due to extreme stress i m asking you. You can understand it.

Hi.

Yes. Of course it means that you can mount enough antibody response when it would be required to.
