Question : I had a unprotected sex with a prostitute 1.6 years ago.I didn't had any HIV symptoms till now.I had tested HIV 1&2 antibody serum.but that found negative.is any further test is requierd to confirm?

Negative HIV 1 and 2 test 12 weeks after the risky contact can rule out the possibility of both HIV 1 and 2 infection. You had this test reported nonreactive (negative). This tests are reliable up to 97-98%. If you have another negative test with some other antibody detection test (ELISA or 4th generation COMBO) it will be considered 100% sensitive.

From 2 weeks I am felling a little headeche.I have eye glasses and my eye power is increased.although I didn't changed my eye glasses.is the headeche is anything related with HIV.

Head ache due to change of eye power is a very common phenomena for any one to get. Just a visit of an eye hospital will reveal the same. People from all walks of life in all ages are flowing daily with similar complaints and get well with their change of glasses or by wearing spectacles.
This has not at all related to HIV or your past unprotected sex.

Hi doctor,
Thanks for your reply.1 month ago I had sex with my gf which was unprotected.now she got 1-2 pimple on her face.2-3 days ago she felt very much tiredness and she was felling cold.also her legs were little bit paining.is there any danger?

Sorry ,forgot to mention that she didn't got any fever.

You are free from HIV infection as per your HIV antibody test (I hope that it had been done after window period). Then what is the possibility of HIV for your girl friend unless she had other partner(s).
Pimples are so common for any young individuals as well as the cold infection infection. Tiredness and pain over legs can occur with cold or during periods time. There is no reason to relate them to HIV or STD.
Don't imagine odd possibilities.
