Question : Had a rapid hiv test on 90th day after protected sex with female escort. Test was negative. But I had ulcers since a day or two and today I had some sensation in head (center of my skull). So is my hiv test conclusive? How reliable is rapid hiv test? (I used XXXXXXX biotech Uni-Gold Recombigen HIV).

Can anxiety and improper diet cause some sensation in head?

Yes, anxiety more than improper diet can cause these sensations you allude to.
Yes your HIV test is conclusive. The rapid test is not as reliable as some of the others but is a good test for screening. I suggest you do a PCR test for mRNA for best results & for more than anything to get your anxiety cleared.
