There is no chance of transmission of HIV by suckling nipples except if there are ulcers or abrasions in either of them.if ulcers abrasionsin both then there are chances of spread.
the HIV does not survive the gastrointestinal tract.

actually im a bit paranoid..
i met an escort and we didnt kiss. or have sex..but i might have sucked her breasts a..and i cant be sure since i had a few drinks.. but im sure she wasnt lactacting or had any abrasions..can u tell me what to do.. how risky was my move?..
