Question : Hello,
Is it possible to get hiv or an std from sucking on a strippers breast during a lapdance? Even if the same stripper has someone elses saliva from a prior lapdance on her breast?

HIV is not transmitted by skin to skin contact or by sucking the nipples.HIV is not transmitted by saliva .So the chances of transmission of HIV by the mode described is nil.
The chances of other STDs transmission is also almost nil.Herpes is one possibility if there were active lesions in her at the site or in the other person mentioned. It appears to be nil with the given description.

Hello Doctor,
Thank you very much Doctor. Yes, the second part of the question should have been... even if the stripper still had saliva on her breast from another person who had herpes, could the next person sucking her breast get an std (or herpes) from the saliva or dried saliva? However, I think you answer should still be nil, correct? I am sorry if I was not more clear before. You have been very helpful.

If the person has active lesions in the oral cavity at the time of contact there is minor possibility of transmission of herpes.
The chances of person to have herpes and have active lesion at the contact time is rare.
