Question : Hiv risk.
I'm 32 married male. In the past to month I had twice protected vaginal and oral sex with 2 different csw in Prague. In both cases the condom didn't broke or failed but I didn't checked it to much just not noticed some failure...
Now (2 weeks from the last encounter) I feel sick, having nasal - runny nose with yellow secretion.
I'm really worried about hiv and don't know what to do.
My questions -
Is it safe to do sex with my wife?
Should I tested for Hiv?
Thanks a lot!

Brief Answer:
With Protected sex, Chance of HIV is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

As you had protected sex and as there is no tear with condom (easily can be noticed, not gone unnoticed), you are safe. The possibility of HIV is quite unlikely.Throat infection, running nose and yellow secretion can occur to anybody without a HIV infection. These are very common symptoms that anybody can have without sex or HIV.
Regarding your question regards to have sex with your wife, when you have doubts about HIV, it is better to wait and have the HIV test and after seeing the nonreactive results you can resume sex with your wife. Otherwise it would remain and any small problem would disturb your mind in future.
So rule out HIV by appropriate test and have sex with your wife. Test results will come non reactive. Not to worry.
