Question : I had protected sex but unprotected oral in march I have had tests at 1 week, 3 week and 7 week at my local Gum clinic also had a test private at 54 days all came back negative I've been feeling dizzy at times and slight memory loss over the last couple of weeks could it be HIV

The chances of transmission of HIV by protected intercourse is almost nil, and by oral sex is also almost nil.
The tests (likely antibodies test was done) are negative after 54 days is almost conclusive.

You can get tested for HIV 1&2 antibodies after 3 months.The chances of HIV tests cuming positive after 3 months is almost nil.
The symptoms are non specific and related to HIV.
