Brief Answer:
Herbalife has many supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Herbalife weight loss supplements are many types. Which one have you taken and which one are you thinking of taking in future? Can you describe in detail the constituents of the herbalife supplement that you are taking?

Hair loss may be happening due to nutritional deficiencies. Please get tested your self for these by getting blood tests done for anemia, vit B12, folic acid, calcium, vit D, etc.

Waiting for the details.

Brief Answer:
Can have some side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I am listing the side effects of the ingredients as below:

Personalised protein powder: soy protein isolate is concentrated form of soy. If taken for long term can cause effects like bloating, constipation, etc. Whey protein concentrate can also cause similar side effects if taken in excess. Otherwise this is a safe formulation if taken in moderation (1-2 spoon a day) for a few months.

Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix: This formulation has many ingredients including vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are mostly safe when taken under recommended allowance. It also has soy protein isolate as main ingredient. Thus it should not be taken with the personalized protein powder. It also has proteases that are digestive enzymes. These are not needed if your digestion is ok. These may hamper your normal digestion. It can cause digestive side effects like diarhea/constipation, pain in abdomen, bloating, gas, dizziness, cough, nausea, vomiting. Irritability may be there. Papaya fruit powder may contain the papain enzyme in small amounts which may add to the side effects.

If you have taken these without any health issues earlier, then you can take it now as well. Only be careful not to get pregnant during this time. Take it for a few months only. You will also need to take your regular (low calorie food) as these cannot replace the food. If you do then you can get nutritional deficiencies. Regular exercise is also needed.

Hope it helps
