Question : accidentally gave my 5 month old baby the wrong milk. i have a 5 month old and a 3 yr old kid. both drink Hipp formulas. however, i gave my 5 month old baby the wrong milk which is meant for my toddler. should i be worried? i feel terrible. just realized it when I came back to the counter with my 5monthold baby's empty bottle. ð¥

Hello,

Please do not worry about the misshaping.
The fat percentage and protein percentage of the two variants of the milk differ. This is not going to affect the health of the baby major way with just once such instance.

The baby may have a tummy upset with two or three loose stools. Do not panic, just give the same dose of regular milk. May be some water if needed.Stay calm and let the new milk be expelled by the baby's gut by itself in the form of stool.
