This with my Medicare D Insurance would probably fall in the XXXXXXX 4 (43%) or XXXXXXX 5 (33%). I would hope that would be the case. So $3000 (1500) every 2 wks.

co-pay) $35 a yr.ago to $86 2 - 3 months ago to over $100 5 weeks ago for a 5 wk. supply. I take it only once a week. A Dr. I saw over a yr. ago wanted me to get on a Remicade plan but I decided to stay on the Methotrexate since I was moving to
another state and my current Rheumatologist has kept me on it but I feel it has lost
