Question : What is the difference between hydrocodone 5-325 TM and 7:5-325 T?

There is more hydrocodone in the 7.5 formulation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There second formulation has a higher amount of hydrocodone (7.5mg) compared to the first which contains only 5mg. The second would be adapted for more severe pain than the first of 5-325.
