Hydrocodone 10 mg twice daily for 5 days is the dosage for controlling back and foot pain.

It is an opioid narcotic pain medication.

I would also advise you to do an MRI of the lumbosacral spine.

Dizziness, lightheadedness, XXXXXXX, nausea are the side effects of medication which can be managed symptomatically.
