Question : I went to the dr. 3 days ago and was prescribed hydrocortison 2.5 to put on my penis, my question is this safe. I already have thin skin from using something similar a year ago...this cream seems to strong, I have used it for 3 days and started feeling a burning sensation today

You might have used some high potency steroid in the past that has led to thinning of the skin.
