Hello,

Based on the description, your symptom seems to be related to palmar eczema. Do you have itching on the hands?

The cause of eczema is not known but it can be caused by an immune reaction to an allergen.

Some bits of advice that I can give to you is:

-use prescribed Hydrocortisone cream. Consult your doctor about this treatment.
-use a moisturizer to relieve the dryness of the area
-avoid harsh soaps, detergents
-also, it's important to reduce stress
-avoid sweating of the hands
