Brief Answer:
Take ipill as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
You should take ipill as soon as possible as there are fair chances of pregnancy by this act of coitus.
It has high dose of progesterone and can cause irregular periods for a couple of months but has no long term side effects.
This irregularities in periods is seen in around 20-30% of patients with only one time use of ipill.
So just take it for now but don't use it as a regular method of contraception.
Take care
Regards
Dr Manisha
