Question : Hi Doctor, My wife is going through ICSI procedure. Her FSH level is 11.8. I was wondering if you could advice regarding this issue. She is 33 years old. She has to go through the ICSI because my rapid progression was 10%. We have tried failed IUI thrice and decided to go for ICSI. I really do appreciate your advice.

Your wife has a high FSH levels and your sperm motility is low. Under these circumstances it is best to go for assisted reproductive techniques like ICSI. It will substantially increase your chances of fathering a child. Do not waste your time in IUI or spontaneous conception.
