Is Ilizarov Technique An Effective Limb Lengthening Surgery?
Question: I got XXXX.
PLEASE overlook the bad language. It keeps me from being suicidal.

WHY ARE MY @$#$## ARMS, AND FOREARMS, SO @#%#%# SHORT for a man?
I understand, and have seen, the average 5'8 man has a longer forearm than the average 6 foot tall woman. I, however, at 6 feet tall, have a shorter forearm than the average 5'9 woman!
I have an arm fetish. HOT girls with long arms and, oh the tension! The sweet release is the knowledge MINE are somehow longer - my forearms that is. MOST of the time my forearms ARE ONLY LONGER than the 5'5 girls and shorter. @%#$@$#% WHYYYY?
I have not had a full erection since 1997, when I began manually measuring hot girl's forearms, and found I just don't XXXX measure up, AND I WANT TO KILL MYSELF AND XXXX unless I can get Ilizarov cosmetically "bone-lengthening" surgery so I do not have to have blue balls no more! Have you ever sustained trauma to your forearms ?
Have you any birth defects possible?
Having short forearms can just be something generic and inherited from your parents or ancestors. It need not necessarily be a problem.
As long as you are able to carry out your daily activities optimally, there is no issue.
Ilizarov bone lengthening can increase the size of you're forearms but there may be disadvantages like cosmetic issues if having a ring fixator around your forearm, the weight of the fixator, difficulty in keeping your hands by your sides, inability to lift weights during the procedure, long duration of treatment etc.
I think measuring the overall arm span will be more quantitative than just forearm length. Your arm span should be longer than those of the women.

I am willing to undergo professional bone-lengthening because i NEED longer forearms for me to get an erection BECAUSE IT ALONE turns me on (having longer forearms than the females.)
