Brief Answer:
You can use those eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having cataract and you are using eye drops like isotine eye drops, bright eye drops...
These are ayurvedic preparations and they act by preventing oxidative injury to lens, which is one of the proposed mechanism of formation of cataract. Similarly many allopathic drugs like N acetyl carnosine have been tried as medical treatment of cataract. But these eye drops are not approved as the efficacy is not proved.
These eye drops are known to be efficient in initial stages of cataract to prevent development of cataract but in advanced stages the effficacy is not known.

Hence you can continue the use of isotine eye drops as they won't cause any harm, but if the cataract is advanced causing blurred vision or dimunition of vision cataract surgery is required.

Examination by dilatation of pupil is one of the basic eye examination and it is done to assess stage of cataract and for retinal examination. You can undergo it it will not cause any problem.

Hope this is helpful to you.
