Question : Is Keraglo tablet for men effetive against hair loss? I am in norwood grade 5 and thinking of going in for a transplant. But I would like to thicken the hair at the sides and back, as gradually the hair is getting a little lifeless in those regions. What are its side effects. Also can these tablets lead to further deterioration of the hair and cause more hair loss while taking them or after stopping their intake.

Keralgo tablet is hair supplement which contains multivitamins and minerals. It is basically effective only when there is a possible deficiency of any of these.
This medication is usually not associated with any side effects and can be safely taken. They do not cause further deterioration of the hairs or cause more hair loss upon taking them or stopping the treatment.

Hair loss can be caused by to various reasons like:

Age related male pattern baldness (Androgenetic alopecia), deficiencies of vitamins and minerals, hormonal disorders, dandruff, stress, etc.

I would advice that you see a dermatologist who would ascertain the exact cause of hair loss and prescribe treatment accordingly.
