Klonopin is a very safe drug.
Dose as high as 8-10mg are safe.

The dose for alcohol detox is decided based on withdrawal symptoms.
The XXXXXXX safe dose would be that by which your withdrawal symptoms are settled.
Then you can gradually reduce the dose.

Zofran has an additional advantage of having anti-craving effects. You can continue with this too.
