Brief Answer:
No, they are entirely different genre of drugs..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Let me inform you that Lasix is Frusemide - a Diuretic(water pill) while Tamsulosin is adrenergic receptor antagonist(Alpha 1-a) which is mainly prescribed in BPE (Benign Prostatic Enlargement)..both have no correlation between as they are entirely different genre of medications with different mechanism of actions too..

Hope this'll clear your doubt..

Take Care
Kind Regards
