1. Do you think the photos are ringworm?
2. Is the OTC medication, Lotrimin, going to be enough to contain and kill it?

Not looking like ringworm infection, Lotrimin won't be effective

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is not looking like ringworm infection.

It looks like eczema.

I don't think Lotrimin or any antifungal will work in this condition.

You need to apply a topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas.
