Brief Answer:
Marijuana will not at all cure or treat asthma.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
Marijuana is addictive substance.
It is not used to treat any medical disease.
Some people use it for pain relief.
But for asthma, it is not at all used.
Asthma is allergic condition in which bronchospasm is seen on exposure to allergen.
So treatment of asthma consists of
1. Identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
2. Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
3. Anti allergic and antihistamines drugs orally.
None of the treatment guidelines mention about marijuana use in asthma.
So better to consult pulmonologist and start appropriate treatment for asthma.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Thanks.
