Question : my child is 2.5 years old and i want to know Meftal P is antibiotic or not

It is an antipyretic not antibiotic

Meftal P is not an antibiotic. It contains mefenamic acid which is more potent than paracetamol in bringing down temperature. It is preferable to be given in full stomach.
